USSSA Mid Winter Madness Gold Flight 12U Champions January 2012

As a coaching
staff we would like to personally thank all the parents and families for your continued support throughout this season.  This summer began with taking 3rd Place in the Little League tournament for our District and that included a win over the State & Tournament Champions of North Shore.  Although we did not reach our goal in that tournament, I can personally see a difference in these girls today compared to the girls that I saw play the Bandits at the end of June.  We are moving in the right direction and the praise belongs to our girls who have repeatedly done everything we asked of them.  They deserve all the credit, but with that said, it is the parents and families that also put in the time and sacrifices.  I can't thank you enough for that.

My goal is to always have the team moving in a positive direction.  Although we may hit some obstacles along the way, our goals remain the same.  Everyone of our girls should be on a school team and competing for a starting position.  Our job as a coaching staff is to get them ready for their future in this game, while continuing to push them throughout the process to become better players and teammates.  With the continued support from you the parents, and the drive and determination that your daughters have shown in these short six weeks that I have coached them, I am positive we will reach our goals."

Thank you,

Coach Joe Calarco
